  • Small Groups provide us with the opportunity to take a step forward in our discipleship by cultivating real relationships with our fellow church members and building community with one another. A Small Group could take the form of a Bible Study, or it could revolve around a book or a video teaching series, or it could be a “Parallel Group” based on Sunday morning’s message. Small Groups can be dedicated to a specific group of people, such as women, men, youth, couples, etc., or they can be open to all. Small Groups can meet in the church building, in the parsonage, or in the homes of church members.

If you have any interest in facilitating a Small Group of any kind, please contact us and we will provide you with some very basic training and whatever materials you may need to launch your Small Group.

  • Our Children and Youth Ministry creates a safe, fun space for kids and teens to learn more about Jesus and His plan for their lives. All volunteers must go through background checks and receive their child abuse clearances in order to serve with Hope.

  • Worship Sound Tech

Main responsibilities include:  operating audio mixer and stage mixing equipment.  Audio/music background preferred, but not required to operate the mixer and audio equipment. Must be able to listen to directions and follow instructions on operating equipment.

    Worship Video Operator

Pressing buttons, moving a camera, and zooming in/out during the service.  This very simple role involves the following: turning on video equipment, operating cameras and switching camera angles during the service.  The role requires someone who can pay attention to details and movements of people on the stage.  You must be able to work with the Live Stream Operator and follow directions.

    Streamer/Presenter Tech

This role provides two important functions to the church; the Streamer is the life line to the outside viewers and the Presenter provides the lyrics for worship.  The role requires the volunteer to operate the streaming software (OBS) and switch Power Point slides during worship.  This role is very easy to understand once the user is trained and understands the various parts to the Stream.

All volunteers will receive in person training.  External training videos and resources can also be provided.
