Independent churches have the freedom to build their organizational structure, or church government, around the model established in the New Testament and the unique gifting of their members.  Hope Community Church has adopted a “pouring out” leadership structure, in which the central ministries pour outward towards our surrounding community.  Please see the image below for a breakdown of our leadership structure.
